Pixels and Polygons Professional Program
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for students of any age who possess the following traits:
- Passionate about CG Art
- Committed
- Hard Working
- Ready for a Challenge
- Creative
- Open to New Ideas
Requirements for Admission
Pixels and Polygons is not a traditional school. We don’t care what your grade point average was in high school—we get that not everyone is jazzed by Calculus or World History. And we don’t expect a portfolio of professional-quality artwork. What will determine your success at Pixels and Polygons, and ultimately your career in CG Animation, is a great work ethic, passion for your creations, and perseverance. If you can demonstrate those characteristics, you will be a good fit for Pixels and Polygons and the world of animation.
Tuition and Fees
We are committed to maintaining low tuition costs, which never exceed the annual price of enrollment in Boston’s community colleges. As a non-profit, Pixels and Polygons is working to ensure that every capable student is able to follow their passion in CG Art, Animation, and Games.
Tuition is $2,400/Term (including lab fees)
We offer many scholarships based on artistic and academic merit as well as grants based on need.
How Many People Are in The Program?
Pixels and Polygons is committed to keeping class sizes small to ensure that every student receives the hands-on guidance we believe in. We are a selective program and will admit a maximum of 10 students per class. Our student body will not exceed 50 students at any time.
